N: Musicians know delicious foods well. Today's guests are Yoshiki and
Gackt. What delicious foods are going to be intruduced by them?
Downtown (Machan & Hamachan), Yoshiki and Gackt are walking and
enter the restaurant. Both Yoshiki and Gackt are in the same style
wearing a white shirt and sunglasses.
H: Look at them, they look very similar.
M: Todays guests are male and male.
H: The guests of last time were male and female, so the studio was
comparatively gorgious. Ok, let's go inside. Please have a seat.
M: You are good friends, right?
Yoshiki and Gackt don't reply soon.
H: How is it?
M: Do you meet frequently?
G: No. When I go to Los Angels, I visit Yoshiki's house.
Y: Yah, yah, right.
H: You two don't talk a lot. Ok! Let's eat an appetizer which Yoshiki
recommends.
M: I was so hungry that I ate a half of lunch at the dressing room.
N: First, we intruduce an appetizer which Yoshiki recommends. It is
served at "La Rochelle" which is at the top of the Cross Tower in
Shibuya. The chef's name is Mr. Hiroyuki Sakai who is very famous in
Japan. This appetizer usually comes with a course menu (costs 15,750
yen), but we asked him to make only an appetizer tonight.
It is a very luxury appetizer --he puts a white asparagus made in
France on a mousse of a white asparagus, then adds a sea urchin and a
caviar., then adds consomme jelly further. Yoshiki chooses a
champagne, Dom Perignon with this appetizer.
How do you think this high-class appetizer, Machan and Hamachan?
M: It must be very delicious because the good chef cooks using a
wonderful stuff.
N: Let's start with Dom Perignon!
First, the waiter serves the champagne to Machan's glass.
M: Wow, I haven't experienced before like a matured person does. I can
only say "good". What other words I can say?
H: Do you often drink a champane?
Y: Yes, I usually drink a champagne or a red wine.
H: Hmm...
Cheers!
S: I did my best to make an appetizer that matches Dom Perignon. I
made a mousse using only a soft part of a white asparagus.
M: Which one is a heavy drinker?
While Machan asks this question, Hamachan looks the menu and sees
the price of Dom Perignon.
M: How much is Dom Perignon?
H: 33,600 yen.
M: (to Yoshiki) Do you always drink such an experience liquor?
H: Which one is a heavy drinker, Yoshiki or Gackt?
G: I have been admitting myself as the strongest drinker till I met
Yoshiki. I felt I was beaten when I drank a liquor with him.
S: I put the sea urchin a lot on a white asparagus mousse. Hmm... I
think it's not good to put much urchin because it kills the flavor of
the caviar.
H: Didn't you say that you put the urchin "a lot"!
S: Wow!
H: What? You said wow? Come on, chef!
M: Today's main stuff is a caviar.
H: Oh really?
M: I haven't eaten a caviar before.
S: Then I put a caviar a lot too, then pour the consomme jelly...
H: How elaborative you cook!
S: Oh, of course I do my best today!
H: Does Mr.Sakai usually cook like this?
Y: Yah.
H: Is this appetizer more gorgeous than usual?
Y: Oh, yes! It is much more gorgeous and I think Mr. Sakai does his
best today!
M: My mother doesn't cook such an apptizer like this.
H: Never!
G: Wow, it's so delicious!
H: (to Yoshiki and Gackt) You two are drinking a champagne too much!
M: Are you ok?
Y: No,I think we're not ok.
Then they start eating an appetizer.
M: How delicious it is!
S: A white asparagus is on season now, so it must be very good.
Y: Very delicious.
S: Thank you very much.
G: This is the best and enjoyable work ever.
M & H: This is the really high-class meal.
G: I'm sooo happy!
